A quiet counterpoint to Taipei’s neon cadence. Every frame is a gradient study, a reminder that the same country can feel like two different operating systems depending on the hour.

The series stays at 1/15s to keep the motion of the water alive. It is less about sharp details and more about remembering how the morning air held its breath.
